9-1-14: CONNECTION PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating any provision of this chapter pertaining to connecting to the waterworks and sewerage system shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 2011-19, 5-23-2011; amd. 2012 Code)
