A. Within Corporate Limits:
1. Metered Charges:
a. Effective for water use on or after June 1, 2023, the following charges are established for water and sewerage service:

2. Nonmetered Users; Flat Rate: All nonmetered residential and nonresidential users shall pay a flat rate charge per month for sewer use that is equivalent to six thousand (6,000) gallons multiplied by the sewer rate in effect at the time the utility bill is rendered. In the event use of the sewerage facilities is determined by the Village to be in excess of six thousand (6,000) gallons per month, the Village may require such flat rate user to install metering devices on the water supply or sewer main to measure the amount of service provided.
3. Multiple Housing Units: All multiple housing unit types, such as duplex buildings, townhouses, apartment buildings and buildings containing flats shall be charged for services in accordance with the number of units contained in said duplex buildings, townhouses, apartment buildings and buildings containing flats, at the residential user rate established herein.
B. Outside Corporate Limits: Effective for usage billed on or after April 1, 1999, all users outside the corporate limits of the Village of Bloomingdale shall be billed one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the rates set forth herein.
