The following definitions shall apply in the determination of an applicable connection fee:
BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL, GOVERNMENTAL, INSTITUTIONAL, RELIGIOUS, NOT FOR PROFIT OR INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION: Any structure intended and zoned for uses other than residential.
MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT: Any residential structure which does not meet the definition of a "single-family dwelling unit" as defined in this section. The term multiple-family dwelling unit includes duplexes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments.
SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT: Any structure intended as a residence of one family, and as properly located within a single-family zoning district or area also commonly known as a "detached single-family unit". (Ord. 2012-45, 11-26-2012)
