8-4-10: VIOLATIONS:

Any person, firm or corporation who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be fined a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 75-10, 3-24-1975)
