8-4-7: PERMIT FEE:

There shall be a permit fee established by the village, payable at the time of application for the permit. Such fee is for the purpose of recovering the cost of inspection and approval of the improvement, and is nonrefundable. (Ord. 75-10, 3-24-1975)
