8-3-7: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:

A. Penalty: It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2008-36, 8-11-2008; amd. 2012 Code)

B. Additional Remedies: Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair or limit any civil or criminal prosecution for any violation of this chapter, or limit or impair the penalties that may be imposed in connection therewith. (Ord. 2008-36, 8-11-2008)
