A. The village administrator and any law enforcement officers acting in the line of duty shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter and shall have the authority to eject from the open space any person acting in violation of the provisions of this chapter or other ordinances of the village. Further, the village shall have the authority to deny use of the open space to individuals or groups who refuse to comply with the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances of the village.
B. All persons entering the open space shall abide by the rules and regulations of the village, as provided in this chapter and elsewhere in this code, the rules and regulations promulgated by the village administrator, and the instructions and directions of duly authorized agents, employees or law enforcement officers of the village acting in their official capacity.
