A. The village administrator is authorized to promulgate administrative rules and regulations that supplement the provisions of this chapter, when such rules or regulations are determined necessary and appropriate. All persons shall comply with such rules and regulations, which shall take effect upon their adoption by the village.
B. The village administrator shall, within two (2) business days of promulgating any administrative rules or regulations pursuant to this section, send notification to the village board of such action. The village board shall, at a regularly scheduled meeting, ratify, rescind or modify the rules or regulations promulgated by the village administrator.
C. Rules and regulations promulgated by the village administrator, as they may be modified by the village administrator or the village board, shall remain in full force and effect until specifically rescinded by the village board. (Ord. 2008-36, 8-11-2008)
