7-4-7: TRANSFER OF BICYCLE OWNERSHIP:
Upon the sale or other transfer of a licensed bicycle, the licensee shall remove the license, and if he acquires another bicycle, a license shall be issued therefor. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976; amd. Ord. 2002-13, 4-8-2002)
