7-4-6: INSPECTION OF BICYCLES:
Each bicycle, before being licensed, shall be inspected by the chief of police or any officer assigned such responsibility, and no license shall be issued for a bicycle which he determines is not in safe mechanical condition. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976)
