A. The chief of police shall issue a license in the form of a decal showing the number of the license and the name of the village, which he shall cause to be affixed to the bicycle frame in a position where it is plainly visible.
B. No person shall remove such license from a bicycle during the period for which it is issued except upon a transfer of ownership or in the event the bicycle is dismantled or inoperative. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976)
