7-4-3: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
The application for a bicycle license shall be made to the chief of police upon a form provided by the village. The application for a bicycle license shall stipulate the color, make, model, tire size and serial number of the bicycle, as well as any special equipment. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976; amd.
