7-4-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person residing within the village shall ride or propel a bicycle on any street or public way set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles unless such bicycle has been licensed and such license is affixed thereto. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976)
