7-4-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:

The regulations contained in this chapter are applicable to bicycles and shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any street or upon any public way set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to any exceptions herein stated. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976)
