A. During School Hours: Between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M., Monday through Friday, both inclusive, except legal holidays, and during the months of July and August each year, parking is prohibited at the following locations:

B. Other Specific Locations:
1. Winnebago School:
a. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to permit any vehicle to stop, stand or park in the semicircular one-way drive entrance of the Winnebago School in the village; said semicircular one-way drive being that drive which is connected to Greenway Drive, a public street, by the two (2) westernmost access curb breaks located upon the school property and being the principal entrance to the Winnebago School.
b. School buses, police and fire vehicles and all other emergency vehicles are hereby expressly exempt from this subsection B1. (Ord. 76-14, 3-8-1976)
c. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating this subsection B1 shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 76-14, 3-8-1976; amd. 2012 Code)
