It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of a passenger vehicle to park such vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading or unloading of passengers, not to exceed three (3) minutes, and for the owner or operator of any freight carrying vehicles to park such vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary to load, unload and deliver materials, not to exceed thirty (30) minutes, in any place designated by ordinance as a loading zone and marked as such or in any of the following designated places:
A. In front of any public building between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M., except on Sunday.
B. In front of any theater at any time the theater is open for business. (Ord. 76-56, 9-13-1976)
