7-2-7: TEMPORARY PARKING:
The Chief of Police may, in his discretion, under unusual and extraordinary circumstances, grant permission to the owner or operator of a vehicle to park such vehicle in a manner which is contrary to the requirements of this title. (Ord. 76-49, 7-26-1976; amd. 2012 Code)
