6-7-1: DEFINITIONS:

GRAFFITI: In addition to its usual and customary meaning, the term graffiti shall mean any drawing, carving, or painting which shall include, without limitation, any letter, numeral, figure, emblem, insignia, picture, character, spectacle, delineation, announcement, word, phrase, diagram, symbol, sketch, inscription or other representation.

OWNER: Shall include, without limitation, that person or persons or legal entity which is the current titleholder of the property. (Ord. 96-07, 1-22-1996)
