6-3-9: PENALTY:

In addition to all other penalties provided in title 4, chapter 1 of this code, any person, firm, or corporation who shall be convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 83-2, 1-24-1983; amd. 2012 Code)
