All employees, agents or representatives of individuals or entities maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering, replacing, moving or installing alarm equipment and devices shall be supplied with a proper identification card. This identification card shall be in the employee's possession at all times and shall include a photo, physical description, and the signature of the employee and of an officer of the employing entity.
