The police department shall charge a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) for posting bail or bond in any legal process, civil or criminal. In the event charges are not paid within forty five (45) days after being incurred and notice of delinquency sent to the person owing the charge, the village may submit any delinquent account to a third party collection agent for processing and collection. If said collection agent assesses a fee for processing or collection, the village may add up to one hundred percent (100%) of said fee to the charge in question, plus any late charges. Said fee is due and payable in addition to all other charges for arrearages and late charges previously assessed and added to the account. (Ord. 2009-48, 11-23-2009)
