All costs expended by the village on the accomplishment of the police training program by a person appointed as a probationary police officer of the village, and not reimbursed, shall be repaid, in full, by said person to the village in the event that said person should leave the employment of the village prior to the end of two (2) years following his completion of the police training program and obtains employment with another police department or police agency or organization involving police or investigative work. Each person, as a requirement of his employment as a probationary police officer of the village, shall execute an agreement with the village, on a form provided by the village for this purpose, as a contract and agreement by said person to reimburse the village for such police training program costs as provided in this section.
