6-1-7: SALARIES:
The salaries of the sworn members of the police department and such persons who shall be employed by the village from time to time for duty within the police department shall be as set forth in a collective bargaining agreement (if applicable) or as approved by the board of trustees in the manner provided by law. (Ord. 2006-18, 4-24-2006)
