5-1-3: PENALTY:

Any person, firm, or corporation who shall be convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each offense shall result in a fine in the amount not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). (Ord. 72-27, 7-12-1972; amd. 2012 Code; Ord. 2020-34, 11-23-2020)
