4-11-8: TAXES AND FEES:

Each Residential Dwelling Rental Unit License holder and host platform provider must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding collection and payment of taxes and fees, including hotel occupancy taxes provided by Section 3-3D-2 of the Village Code.
