4-3-6: NONTRANSFERABILITY OF LICENSES:

A license issued hereunder shall not be transferable from person to person or place to place and shall be usable only at the place and by the person designated in the license. The word "person", referred to herein, shall mean any natural person as well as partnership, corporation, firm or association. (Ord. 93-43, 8-9-1993)
