4-2-28: RESPONSIBILITY OF LICENSEE FOR EMPLOYEE ACTIONS:
For the purposes of this chapter, the actions or inactions of any employee, agent or representative of a licensee shall be directly imputed to the licensee, who shall be directly responsible for such actions or inactions. (Ord. 2003-40, 10-27-2003)
