The village clerk shall keep a complete record of all retail liquor dealers' licenses issued and shall furnish copies thereof to the police department, village administrator and the board of trustees. Upon revocation or suspension of any license, the village clerk shall immediately give written notice thereof to the police department, village administrator and the president and board of trustees.
