4-2-21: SALES TO INTOXICATED PERSONS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer's license to sell, deliver, or give away, or to allow others to sell, deliver or give away, any alcoholic liquor to an intoxicated person. (Ord. 2005-17, 4-11-2005)
