A. No alcoholic liquor shall be consumed in or on any premises for which a liquor license has been issued during any period of time during which this chapter prohibits the sale of alcoholic liquor. All alcoholic liquor which is served during those hours when the serving of alcoholic liquor is permitted but which is not consumed must be removed from all tables, counters and serving surface areas within fifteen (15) minutes after the permitted hours end. Only employees of a licensee actually engaged in cleaning up the premises or other job activities shall be allowed to remain on the premises after closing hours. B. On January 1 (New Year's Day morning), closing hours for all classes, with the exception of Classes C and T, shall be extended for one hour, provided no establishment serves after three o'clock (3:00) A.M. No establishment with a liquor license shall be affected by the time change that occurs with daylight saving time. For purposes of this chapter, liquor establishments are to treat the time change as having no effect on business hours. Liquor establishments shall not remain open for an additional hour in the fall season when clocks fall back from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to one o'clock (1:00) A.M., and will not lose an hour in the spring season when clocks spring forward from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) A.M.
