4-2-6-1: APPLICATION FEE:
Each application for a new liquor license shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to cover administrative costs in the review of said initial application. There shall be no application fee due for license classes C and T and a Family Fest supplemental license. (Ord. 2009-35, 9-29-2009)
