4-2-2: DEFINITIONS:
Except where otherwise provided herein, all words and phrases used in this chapter which are defined in the liquor control act of 1934, an act relating to alcoholic liquors, approved January 31, 1934, as amended 1 , shall have the meanings accorded to such words and phrases in said act.
