In case the license requested shall be for an activity of a transitory nature including, but not limited to, circuses, carnivals, street shows or other activities which, in the judgment of the village administrator may cause the accumulation of material on the site after the conclusion of the activity, the village administrator may, in addition to the other requirements of this code, require the posting of a cash or surety bond in an amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to guarantee the cleanup and restoration of the site following the conclusion of such activities.
