1-5-1: CORPORATE SEAL:
   A.   Description: The seal now being used by and for the village, the impression of which is in circular form, on the outer circle of which are the words, "Village of Bloomingdale, DuPage County, Illinois", and within the inner circle of which is the word "Seal", is hereby established and declared to have been and to now and in the future be the official seal of the village, to be used in all cases in which, by law and custom, it is necessary to use such a seal to authenticate the corporate acts of the village.    B.   Custody And Use: The corporate seal shall be kept in the custody of the village clerk and an impression thereof attached to all instruments, documents, and other corporate acts which are required by statute or by direction of the board of trustees to be authenticated by the corporate seal.
