3-2-12: DRUG FREE WORKPLACE CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION:
For each and every public works contract and other contracts for services rendered to the Village, the Village shall require the contractor to execute a certification that it is in compliance with the Drug Free Workplace Act 1 , as amended. (Ord. 2011-35, 9-12-2011)
