(A) All water consumers that have their service disconnected because of non-payment shall not be reconnected until a reconnection fee of $50 shall be paid at the office of the City Clerk, during regular business hours or a reconnection fee of $75 during overtime business hours.
(B) Because all residents have the ability to shut water off coming into their property, any party who requests service to be disconnected by the city at the curb for any purpose other than non-payment, emergency purposes or for repairs by a licensed plumber, shall pay a fee of $25. An additional fee of $25 shall also be paid before service is reconnected.
