§ 97.05 VIOLATIONS.
   Any person found responsible for a violation of § 97.03 of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction pursuant to § 32.03 of this code. The fine for a first violation of § 97.03 shall be $500, and the fine for each repeat offense shall be $1,000.
