§ 115.04 UNLICENSED BUSINESS.
   No person, as defined in this chapter required to obtain and maintain a license under § 115.05, shall conduct business in this village unless the entity or person is licensed nor shall, by actions taken within the village, aid or abet another in the conduct of such unlicensed business.
