(A) No person shall contaminate or pollute in any way the water supply of the town, nor shall he or she throw any dirt or other foreign substance of any kind into any reservoir containing water for the supply of said town or in any other fountain or source of the town’s water supply.
(B) Pursuant to G.S. § 14-4, any person found guilty of violating § 50.02 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and fined $500.
