(A) No person shall own control keep or maintain in the town a dangerous (very unruly) dog unless said dog is confined within a secure building or enclosure which building or enclosure shall be clearly marked with a warning sign.
(B) Pursuant to G.S. § 14-4, any person found guilty of violating § 90.39 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and fined $500.
