The turning movement commonly known as a U-TURN, reversing the direction of travel of a vehicle upon a street by executing a 180-degree turn, regardless of by what means this is accomplished, is prohibited upon McLeod Street from, and including, its intersection with First Avenue to, and including, its intersection with Fourth Avenue.
