(A) Any person violating a provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.
(B) Incarceration is not a penalty for violation of § 71.04. A person convicted under § 71.04 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250, nor more than $500, no portion of which may be suspended, waived, or deferred by the court.
