§ 94.05 LIMITATIONS ON STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to store flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks except in areas of the city zoned industrial.
   (B)   No person within the city shall store flammable or combustible liquids or liquefied petroleum gas in new bulk plants except in areas which are zoned industrial.
