(A) Any and all penalties in the Fire Prevention Code are replaced by the following penalty provision. Any person violating a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $500.

(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.

(C) The penalty for violations of § 94.06 shall be not less than $50 or more than $500.
