No person shall build any open fire within the city limits of Big Timber. This includes any open burning of trash, household garbage, yard rubbish or clippings, bonfires, fires in burn barrels, pits, or any other fire. This does not include cooking or heating fires which are enclosed within a manufactured gas or charcoal cooking grill or other enclosed brick or stone cooking grill, or a patio or deck heating unit which has a wire screen or expanded metal top.
