(A) The Uniform Fire Code, latest edition, as amended from time to time, recommended by the International Conference of Building Officials, together with the appendices, is declared to be the city Fire Prevention Code for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion.
(B) One full printed copy of the code is on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer. The aforesaid Uniform Fire Code is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully, and for all intents and purposes, as though set forth herein at length. It shall be known and designated as the “Fire Prevention Code” of the city.
