§ 52.071 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Application; supplementary documents. Before commencement of construction of a private wastewater disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the Public Works Director and the Mayor. The application for such a permit shall be made on a form furnished by the town, which the applicant shall supplement by any plans, specifications and other information as are deemed necessary by the Public Works Director.
   (B)   Permit and inspection fee. A permit and inspection fee shall be paid to the town at the time the application is filed in an amount specified by the Town Council from time to time.
