§ 52.028 BUILDING SEWER CONNECTION TO PUBLIC SEWER; COMPLIANCE STANDARDS.
   (A)   The connection of the building sewer into the public sewer shall conform to the requirements of the state building and plumbing codes, or other applicable rules and regulations, of the town and the state or the procedures set forth in appropriate specifications of MPWSS (Montana Public Works Standard Specifications).
   (B)   All such connections shall be made gastight and watertight and verified by proper testing.
   (C)   Any deviation from the prescribed procedures and materials shall be approved by the Public Works Director before installation.
