(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 30.20 of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100, the same to be paid or served out in the town jail at the rate of $2 per day.
