§ 30.20 ILLEGAL USE OF FIRE EQUIPMENT.
   No person, including town employees, other than qualified members of the Fire Department of the town shall take, use or remove from the premises where stored, or molest or destroy, any firefighting apparatus owned by the town without a written permit from the Fire Chief.
